What are your store hours?

We are open Monday-Friday 10-6, Saturday 9-5, Sunday 12-4. During the holidays we will often have extended hours. When in doubt give us a call at 610-293-0400!

What is your return policy?

Retail Store: You can return all non sale priced items in new condition with all original tags/packaging still attached within 14 days for a full refund with original receipt. After 14 days with receipt you will be given store credit only. After 60 days no items are returnable. Sale priced items are not returnable. Team Online Store: Custom team items purchased online or in the store are not returnable for any reason except for manufacturers defect. WSG is not responsible for the wrong size being ordered.

Do you offer team sales?

Yes, we outfit youth, high school and college teams with clothing, footwear and equipment. Contact team@waynesportinggoods.com with any questions.

Do you offer embroidery services?

Yes, we embroider all items on the premises. We can digitize a logo you currently have or help you design something new.

Do you work with booster clubs?

Yes, we work with booster clubs every day. You may want to check out our Team Online Store service.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you can purchase them online or in the store. Our gift cards never expire! WSG is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Who should I contact about a team order?

Email team@waynesportinggoods.com with the details of your order and an associate will respond promptly. If you need immediate assistance call 610-293-0400 and ask to speak to someone about a team order.

Do you string Tennis Raquets?

Yes, we string on the premises!

I placed an online order for items from a team store. When can I expect delivery?

Team store items are typically delivered in three to four weeks from the date the online store closes (not the date that you place your order). You will get an email when your order is complete. If items from your online store become backordered from the manufacturer it could delay the completion of orders.

When do you typically get in new products?

We often get larger shipments of new products at the beginning of every month; however, new gear arrives on a daily basis. If there is something special you have been waiting for let us know!

Do you carry kids clothing and footwear?

Yes, we carry a full line of kids apparel and footwear. Our kids clothing comes in sizes 8 to 20; our sneakers, starting from size 1 to size 7 with some starting as low as size 10.5.
